Majority of those are not stored in main.dol and will take some more digging to find their strings.
I will be looking into the Wisdom of the Chief text after I'm done item,weapon, and armour descriptions.

I'm still searching through them to try and find them, I haven't found where yet.

They are likely somewhere in 0000.fpk if you can figure out how to un pack and repack them please let me know.
