[ENGLISH PATCH] Monster Hunter G Ultimate

In the japanese version of MHG, you aren't able to know if you're hunting a subspecies or not until you see the monster itself inside the quest. Everything else about the quests is identical, down to the fee and quest description.
Amaillo has an english patch that adds the monsters subspecies name to the quest name, along with stars to indicate key quests. I made a patch that removes that. Everything else is left untouched.
