Having problem slaying the Nicaragua?

This black wyvern dragon thing is really hard, im solo player and i cant kill him any tips?

Nargacuga is weak to fire, so bringing that element really helps!
Nargacuga is very fast and evasive compared to most monsters, so only attack when you have a really good opening (when it taunts for example)
The tail slam hits very hard, most certainly meaning a cart, so be always on the look for that preparing tail animation. If you use a sonic bomb you'll topple it, but will instantly rage afterwards. That can be helpful as its a free opening, becomes a bit less erratic (tough lethal) when enraged and will be susceptible to pitfall traps (otherwise inmune)

Just be patient and approach it defensively and you'll eventually get used to it and complete the quest

Adding to the sonic bomb strat, when its enraged it can't be sonic bombed again until the rage ends...UNLESS you use a flash bomb on it. While its enraged AND flashed, you can use the sonic bomb when its preparing to pounce to make it trip just like it normally would
