MH4U and 4G dummy event weapon fix

When MH4U and MH4G exit Pretendo beta testing you can use these 2 cheat codes to fix the event weapon stats to match the other versions stats. This does not fix the missing weapon models in both versions but it will make it so weapon damage isn't based on who is zone host.
