I found a good site for MH:Rise (Yes, despite me not feeling the game for more than half of my playthrough, I am still playing it) and thought it might be good to share it here but I just wanted to ask to be sure.
I haven't checked out the site completely since there is A Lot of information there spanning from the weapons to even the endemic life in the game.
I also thought it would be cool in general if people could share these sites (or even their own documentation regarding the info and stats and whatnot!) of each game.
