Underrated Weapon/Style Combos?

I don't want to hear about the meta picks like Valor Longsword and Adept Bow. I want to know what your favorite underrated weapon/style combo is.

I'll go first. I love Alchemy Lance! Alchemy Lance loses out on the counter, but in return gets the ability to guard immediately after a hop. This creates a unique and surprisingly aggressive guard-focused playstyle of hopping out of your combo just before the monster hits you to block effectively. This is fun enough on it's own in my opinion but you get access to the wonderful Alchemy Barrel and 3 Hunter Arts to sweeten the pot! Just don't forget to bring Mega Dash Juices. All that hopping and blocking sucks your stamina dry.

I haven't played GenU in a long while, but I was adept Great Sword all the way when I played it last. Shit was so fun.

Having all 3 hunter arts to get the demon riot + tempest axe trance slash i really poggers.
Alch items are a nice bonus to fill your guages faster.
Any you have a special phial reload animation

Aerial Charge Blade is satisfying, especially on MHGU
