POST-LUNASTRA BOAT QUEST?

WHEN does the boat man cometh???

By which I mean, when the heck does he offer the third red-bubble quest? I've beaten Lunastra and Kirin (not Black Diablos yet) and have seriously waited season after season. I've tried doing as many blue-bubble quests for other villagers as I can, but his never shows up.

Any suggestions?

How weird . Keep doing the blue missions, I'm sure you'll get the red missions for the ship soon. that worked for me

That's probably what it is. You probably got to do more requests for him before the red bubble shows up. I would say just keep playing normally and do some requests or a whole bunch of requests and then see what happens.
