MH3U Cemu Online

In a recent experimental branch for Cemu, you can now connect to the official MH3U servers and play online with people playing on Wii U. You have to dump some files from a Wii U to play online and this will only work until April but it's a cool thing you can do and the game looks better than on Citra imo due to the better scaled hud. Here's to hoping we get replacement servers for sometime in the future.

MH3G HD - December 8th 2012 to April ? 2024
MH3U - March 9th 2013 to April ? 2024

We will have to say goodbye to the longest running Monster Hunter servers next year sadly.

I'm working on preserving the DLC servers for all Wii U / 3DS games (https://github.com/GrenderG/goshawk, MH3U replacement DLC server already works) and our friend 스파게티 is already investigating how to set up a replacement server for online gameplay too. I'll help him when the time comes.

About the replacement of MH3U online server for the Wii U /Cemu.

Will it use Pretendo server or an entirely independent server just like for MH2 (PCSX2) & MH3 (Dolphin)?

Grender worked on replacement DLC servers for all of the Wii U and 3DS Monster Hunter games, Pretendo is working on replacing all Wii U and 3DS online servers.
