I'll give it a playthrough but I probably won't bother with 4G, I'm not particularly interested in the exclusive event quests. I do love playing charge blade so I am interested in seeing it's original version.

Depends on the build I'm using normally I would use a gathering palico and a palamute but I always forget that I can ride palamute's. If I'm using my deriliction build I always use 2 healing palico's unless I'm on gunner then I'm using heroics.

Farming event Lao to farm HRP to get to HR13 and with the benefit of making 2 of the Lao armour pieces in low rank due to some funky vegie elder trades available in the JP version.

He has a chance to follow someone into area 8 if they holding a powderstone, he doesn't spawn in area 8 during powderstone quests.

Barroth is what a LOT of people got stuck on due to the lack of green sharpness and often people wouldn't have many healing items due to have very few to no upgrades for the farm. It's been cool watching every feature they have added and if your on Wii or Wii U you should get a Wii speak to hear how awful it is.
