I am stuck trying to unlock forest and hills offline - the old guide up on gamefaqs says you have to complete the boat quest for the fisherman guy but he is not giving me that quest. In that guide it mentions having to do some blue quests for the blacksmith and fisherman but those aren't coming up e...
