Maybe they are in "stage" folder I actually found them last night they are located in the msg folder using a different encoding type instead of Shift-JIS like in main.dol and the quest mib files. They are in the .dat files in the msg folder using UTF-8 encoding. https://imgur.com/B0QQp3d....

Which files contains text that should be translated in that folders? I know "mission" folder have the "quest files".... they are ".mib" ps2 mib files can replace wii files and work? editing mib files don't seem to work the game does not boot just like G PS2 still haven...

That is all of the folders in the fpk except for wiisoftwarekeyboardsound.brsar which is causing issues with repacking ...
