As the title asks, do ya'll just stick to your first character or make a second one? I'm currently working on a second one as a way to play with a friend who is planning to get Iceborne relatively soon and I didn't want to use my first character cause she's overly OP now hahaha :lol: It's fun grindi...

I'm so excited to play!! I've always heard Dos never released to western audiences so it was always in JP which turned me away from the game but now it's here!!!
I am definitely juggling between MH1JP, MHDos and MHTri right now though
So much juggling to do, so little time hahaha

I mostly use a healer palico and an attack palamute.
I need those extra heals cause I'm reckless as hell and the palamute needs to do extra baby damage while I'm healing lmao

I've only played with the patch on because the claw grip was starting to hurt my hands when I played MH1JP :') I am liking it so far, it's a nice streamline for me since I came from the newer games. But yeah, it might just be the scale of the game since it's more open world in each map compared to loading each area individually in older gens.

I can't be the only one to have noticed how smaller the monsters have gotten in newer games. I remember fighting a Gravios in Rise then playing FrontierZ and seeing a Gravios there and holy HELL that thing was HUGE. Albeit I can probably give a guess that they made the monsters smaller in Rise becau...

Viper tobi-kadachi. It was the first monster to pop into my head immediately and I HATED that fight.
Which is funny cause I don't mind fighting normal tobi-kadachi at all.
